Delete your SecretHomes HQ account
SecretHomes HQ, by Secret Homes, is the app for agents and partners. You can delete your account yourself, at any time.
How to delete your account
- In the SecretHomes HQ app: tap your picture (or your initials) at the top right to open Me, then tap Delete my account, at the bottom.
- On the web at humanquotient.app: open My Settings in the menu on the left, then choose Delete my account, at the bottom of the Profile tab.
- Or by email: email support@secrethomes.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
In the app or on the web, HQ shows you what will happen, then you type DELETE (or your email address) to confirm. If you signed in a while ago, HQ asks you to confirm it's you first.
Deleting your account can't be undone. HQ can't restore it.
Your work
Your open work (contacts, enquiries, matches, buyer briefs and listings you look after) is handed to a teammate, or to your agency's shared queue if there is nobody to hand it to.
Your listings stay with your agency. Its homes stay with it too, unless nobody is left in the agency: then its homes that aren't listed go back to HQ Team.
If you're the only owner of an agency, the agency stays and HQ Team is told it needs a new owner. If you're a State Growth Partner, your access to your states ends. Deleting your account doesn't end an agreement with SecretHomes. To end one, email support@secrethomes.co.
What's deleted
- Your email, phone and photo
- Your login and your place in every agency
- Your phones, notification settings and notifications
- Your saved filters, connections, browser extension keys and sign-in history
- Your personal link
What HQ keeps, and why
These are records of your agency's business, of consent and of what was agreed, so HQ has to keep them:
- Your name, on the work you did for your agency, such as sales, listings and notes
- Consent records
- Legal declarations you made, such as authority to sell
- History and audit records
- Orders and payments
- Feedback you sent
Each one stays as it was made, so some, such as an order, still show the email address it was made with. HQ keeps them for as long as it needs them for these reasons, or longer when the law requires it (see section 8 of our Privacy Policy).
